To thoroughly implement the Law of the People’s Republic of China on Export Control, the Regulations of the People’s Republic of China on the Export Control of Dual-Use Items, and other relevant laws and regulations; to proactively align with national export control policies; and to effectively safeguard national security and development interests, Sichuan Hardware & Minerals Import & Export Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “the Company”) has comprehensively strengthened its compliance framework for the management of dual-use item exports, ensuring that all business activities are conducted in full compliance with applicable laws and regulations.

Pursuant to Announcement No. 10 of 2025 issued by the Ministry of Commerce and the General Administration of Customs, “Decision on the Implementation of Export Controls on Certain Items Related to Tungsten, Tellurium, Bismuth, Molybdenum, and Indium,” the company has formulated and promulgated the “Internal Compliance Management Measures for the Export Control of Dual-Use Items,” clearly defining management responsibilities, control procedures, approval authorities, and accountability mechanisms, thereby bringing the entire export process for dual-use items under comprehensive regulatory oversight.
