Our company has been elected as a director unit of the Sixth Council of the China Chamber of Commerce for Import and Export of Minerals, Metals & Chemicals.

　　The Sixth Members’ Congress of the China Chamber of Commerce for Import & Export of Metals, Minerals & Chemicals was held in Beijing from December 22 to 24, 2014. At this congress, our company was elected as a director unit of the Sixth Council of the China Chamber of Commerce for Import & Export of Metals, Minerals & Chemicals.

　　At this conference, reports were presented on the work and financial performance of the Fifth Council, along with proposed amendments to the Chamber’s Articles of Association, the fee‑collection regulations, and the membership‑management rules. Relevant documents were reviewed, and participants engaged in group discussions on these matters. The meeting also held elections for the renewal of the Council, resulting in the election of the Sixth Council of the Chamber; our company was once again elected as a council member.
