From May 23 to May 24, 2012, the Taxation Bureau directly under the Sichuan Provincial Taxation Bureau held a training seminar on export tax rebate policies at the Sichuan Branch of the National Prosecutor's College. Our company's business and financial related personnel went to participate in this training session.
The training seminar is mainly conducted by the leaders and experts of the Taxation Bureau and the explanations and slides. The contents include prevention of export tax fraud, handling of doubts on export tax rebate audits, export tax rebate policies, daily management of export tax rebates, and export tax rebate declaration systems. Focused on the export tax refund policy and export tax refund declaration system.
The meeting emphasized that export tax rebate conditions (1) must be goods within the scope of value-added tax and consumption tax collection. (2) The goods must be exported for customs clearance. (3) The goods must be exported for financial treatment. (4) Must be goods that have been received and written off.
